Mobile Initiative Announces New Partnership with Dogs Helping Heroes

Giving back to the community is an important pillar of how Mobile Initiative operates. With the recent launch of the Valor rugged smartphone, we found ourselves needing to take it to the next level to make every purchase count for something (other than a quality, lasting device, of course).

Lauren Dahl, our Director of Community Outreach, fostered a relationship with the leadership at Dogs Helping Heroes. This organization provides trained and certified assistance dogs to injured military veterans, first responders, and Gold Star Families. Their work comes full circle in that they rescue dogs, rehabilitate inmates as they train the dogs, and help our country’s heroes and their families once the dogs are certified.

Dogs Helping Heroes was a perfect fit for Mobile Initiative. Not only are we a dog-loving office, but we also have immediate connections to military veterans and first responders, making the charitable efforts of this organization really hit home. We had the pleasure of welcoming Board Chair Kassi Cawood, as well as John and Cash , a dynamic team that has taught one another how to love life again. After hearing heartwarming, firsthand stories about how Dogs Helping Heroes has made an impact, we finalized the partnership.

Mobile Initiative is thrilled to announce that we will be donating a portion of all Valor sales to this incredible organization. When you are shopping for your next device, consider this easy way to give back to our country’s heroes.
